Participants of the conference in Tashkent will visit two leading enterprises in their industries

On 25 April, as part of the 5th International Conference “Iron & Steel Market of Central Asia and the Caucasus”, participants will have the opportunity to visit two major plants in Uzbekistan.

One of them is Enter Steel, Central Asia's largest group of engineering and steel construction plants, which produces a wide range of steel structures for infrastructure construction, apparatus and reactors of capacitive type for the oil and gas and chemical industries, a large hot-dip galvanising shop for large assemblies of steel structures, a tubing repair shop for oil and gas drilling, and a shop for thin sheet metal structures. Also at the Tashkent site, visitors will see the production process of industrial solar panels. Enter Steel Group includes four subsidiary plants, including a new manufacturer of large-diameter pipes EnPipe, as well as a solar panel manufacturing company.

Another item on the business programme is the Toshkent Metallurgiya Zavodi - the largest and one of the most modern producers of cold-rolled steel, galvanised and polymer-coated sheets with a design capacity of about 500,000 tonnes of finished products per year.
