Novostal-M develops sales and presence in Central Asian countries

In 2024, Metallurgical Holding Novostal-M remained among the leaders of Russian exporters of steel products to Uzbekistan. Since the start of operations (June 2022), there have been more than 350 customers in Uzbekistan. The sales volume is 5,000 tons monthly. The Holding has 4 warehouses in Uzbekistan with a total storage capacity of up to 14,000 tons of steel products, said Georgy Kim, Director of the Middle Abroad Division of Novostal-M Metallurgical Holding Company, at the 5th International Conference “Iron & Steel Market of Central Asia and the Caucasus”.

In Kazakhstan, more than 210 customers have been working with Novostal-M since the start of the branch in February 2024. The sales volume is 1,500 - 2,500 tons monthly. The warehouse capacity is up to 10,000 tons.

Georgy Kim also spoke about the well-known advantages of the Holding, including: proximity to the sea, its own transportation infrastructure (road, river, ships, etc.), modern equipment, flexibility of production, a wide range of products, development of unique products.

And, of course, the main emphasis was placed on the fact that Novostal-M is an export-oriented company (more than 50% of production goes abroad).
