Accumulated economic impact of robotics at MMK reaches 730 million Rubles

Over six years, the MMK Group has automated approximately 300 business processes. Mikhail Verisov, Director of the "Next" center for robotic technologies (the RPA solutions integrator at MMK), shared insights into the group’s successful robotics experience during a specialized conference in Moscow.

In a presentation titled “Why our robots work and yours don’t?”, mr. Verisov highlighted the achievements of Next, a company with over 70 specialists ensuring 24/7 operation of RPA systems.

“Robotic automation will be most successful if it becomes a company-wide strategy, not just isolated projects. When implemented systematically, robots become an integral part of digital transformation,” he stated. “Integrating RPA with other technologies is also crucial. At MMK Group, for example, we see synergy between RPA and artificial intelligence, combined with advanced business analytics methods like Task Mining and Process Mining.”
