Russia's Rosatom has filed a lawsuit in Moscow against Finnish energy holding Fortum and steel producer Outokumpu, demanding 227.8 billion roubles ($2.8 billion) in compensation for losses over the termination of a contract for the Hanhikivi-1 nuclear power plant in Finland, court documents and Rosatom's statement show.
