TMK ships large diameter seamless tubes for gas pile line

TMK, one of the world’s largest oil and gas pipe producers and the market leader of the Russian pipe industry, has began to ship large diameter seamless tubes to Gazprom for construction of gas pipe line Sakhalin-Chabarovsk-Vladivostok.

The March 2010 shipment's volume is about 11'000 tons of tubes (diameter 1220 mm, wall's size 17,8; 21,2; 24,6 mm). The tubes are manufactured at new line, which has been launched on Volzhsky Pipe Plant within the framework of TMK investment program.

The tubes are assigned for construction and operation of gas pipe line's system Sakhalin-Chabarovs-Vladivostok. In 2009 TMK shipped for this gas pipe line about 70'000 tons of large diameter seamless pipes to Gazprom.
