MMK extends range of size types of high strength galvanized flats

Magnitigorsk Iron and Steel Works has extended range of size types of hot-dip galvanized high strength flats of 320 and 350 grades as per GOST P 52246-2004, thickness 0.6-2.0 mm, width 1000 - 1465 mm. The mechanical characteristics fully meet Russian and international standards.

Today high strength steels is widely used in construction including manufacture of high strength profiles. Its main advantage as compared to commercial steels is that when manufacture building structures thickness of metal can be reduced while strength characteristics are retained.
