Centravis took part in big industrial exhibitions: Metal-Expo in Russia and Stainless Steel World in Netherlands

International Holding Centravis participated simultaneously in two industrial exhibitions: Metal-Expo and Stainless Steel World. In Russia partners of Centravis paid the highest interest to the new products of the company and duty introduction, in Netherlands — production achievements and the strategy of development of the Holding.

Visitors took special interest in the new assortment of hot-deformed tubes and results of its production mastering on the new tube-pressing line at CJSC «CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE». The new assortment of tubes is called to raise competitiveness of the company both on the world and CIS markets.

The issue of the introduction of 28,1% duty on the tube import in Russia was intensively discussed with Russian colleagues. Sergey Svidunovich, Centravis Sales Director, underlined that «duty introduction will not effect the price policy of Centravis in Russia, at the same time we hope for Ukrainian Government and Russian consumers support to initiate the change of duty regulation means for non-duty, that is for quota, in the volume of which Centravis deliveries to RF will not be tariffed».

In Netherlands, at Stainless Steel World 2009, in addition to the standard program Centravis delivered a special presentation of the new products and technologies, which had become available due to the new equipment launch. Hans Pelster, Centravis Technical Expert, gave a detailed characteristic of the new equipment, told about the new assortment in every Centravis target segment and about the first results of its manufacturing.

Stainless Steel World is a specialized stainless steel exhibition, which takes place in Holland, city Maastricht. It is held ones per two years, starting from 1999. Simultaneously there takes place a conference. 225 companies showed their achievements at Stainless Steel World 2007. The conference hosted 320 delegates. The general quantity of visiting specialists is 4500.

Metal-Expo is an international industrial exhibition, takes place in Russia, Moscow, this year already for the 15th time. The event annually attracts more than 30 000 visitors from metallurgy, engineering, transport and logistics, metal working and metal service. Among participants there are all leading metallurgical companies of Russia, CIS, Europe and South-Eastern Asia.
