Metalloinvest to certify Information Security Management System
Metalloinvest Management Company is the first among Russian mining and metallurgical holdings to certify Information Security Management System according to international standards ISO/IEC 27001:2005.
It is the only standard which specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a documented information security management system (ISMS) within the context of the organization’s overall business risks.
BSI Management Systems with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accreditation proved that ISMS of Metalloinvest Management Company complies with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2005. It gives the company additional competitive advantages at the domestic and international markets and increases the investors’ and shareholders’ creditability.

British Standards Institution was founded in 1901. It is considered the largest certification body and the leader and innovator in the certification of management systems.
